Shipment Damage or Parts Shortage
In the event of damage to your products in shipping, please contact the carrier as soon as possible so that a damage claim with them can be started. Notify Knots 2U, Ltd. and we will replace the parts to you as soon as possible.

Though we try to make a careful inspection of all of our kits before they are shipped, at times a part may be missed or the wrong parts sent. Please notify us immediately if a shortage has occurred. We will be happy to send the parts as soon as possible.

Knots 2U  Return Policy
Any part purchased from Knots 2U may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase for any reason. Knots 2U, Ltd. reserves the right to charge up to a 25% re-stock fee on parts returned. (Typical re-stock is generally less than 10% if any)

Return Directions:

1. Return parts in suitable packaging by the carrier of your choice. Please insure package(s) for the full value of the parts returned.
2. Include a copy of the original invoice with parts.
3. Reason for return.
